The Joy of Being -Introduction to Mindfulness

Discover the transformative power of mindfulness with this introductory online course. Throughout the course, you'll learn the essentials of mindfulness meditation, how to establish a regular meditation practice, and how to integrate deeper awareness into your daily life. By the end of the course, you'll have the tools to:

This four-week online course, which will take place in June 2024, meets on Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m., and each session is 90 minutes long.

The course is offered on a donation basis to make it accessible to anyone interested in improving their quality of life through mindfulness.
