Through mindfulness meditation and practical tools, we'll explore how self-compassion can transform your meditation practice and everyday life.

By the end of the class, you will:

  • Develop a deeper understanding of self-compassion and its role in building resilience

  • Learn practical techniques for approaching difficult emotions and situations with more kindness

  • Replace self-criticism with self-compassion to foster greater emotional well-being

  • Understand the science behind self-compassion and how it enhances mindfulness practices

  • Cultivate the ability to motivate yourself with caring, not criticism
