A different kind of Sunday
Silent Sunday is an invitation to step away from the noise for one hour and practise together.
To feel the body again.
To notice what has been happening inside us.
To reconnect with the quiet awareness that is already here beneath the activity of the mind.
This month’s theme
Deep Rest for Busy Times
When life is full, even our moments of rest can remain subtly effortful. The mind keeps processing, planning, and preparing for what comes next.
In this first edition of Silent Sunday, we will explore what it means to let the body soften, release some of the pressure we have been carrying, and rediscover a deeper kind of rest.
What to expect:
01 — Arrive
We begin with a gentle grounding practice to help you transition out of your day and reconnect with the body.
02 — Explore
A short teaching or reflection introduces the theme of the gathering and brings it into the context of everyday life.
03 — Practise
You will be guided through a meditation that helps you settle, become present, and relate differently to what is arising.
04 — Rest in silence
We continue with a period of shared silence, allowing the practice to deepen without needing to do or understand anything more.
05 — Close
We end with a short reflection and an opportunity to notice what you are taking with you. Any sharing is always optional.
Meditation can be a deeply personal practice, but it does not have to be a solitary one. When we sit with others, even online, something changes. The shared intention supports us and it can become easier to remain present than when we are practising entirely on our own.
Everyone is welcome. No previous meditation experience is needed.
"From the very beginning, his calm and grounded presence made it easy to let go of tension and drop into a deep state of relaxation.
I felt lighter, clearer, and deeply restored."
— Anna P., meditation participant

About Patrik
I’m Patrik Harbusch, the founder of Nature of Mind and a certified mindfulness meditation teacher and mentor.
Since 2017, meditation has been a central part of my life. What began as a way to manage the pressure and pace of a demanding career gradually became a much deeper exploration of awareness and what it means to live with greater presence.
My training brings together mindfulness meditation, nervous system regulation, self-inquiry, and non-dual awareness. I have studied with teachers including Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach, Mingyur Rinpoche, and Loch Kelly.
Through Nature of Mind, I create grounded spaces for people who carry a lot and long for a way of living that feels as good inside as it may look from the outside.
